Manage, drive, and represent Manufacturing related Cost Efficiency Workstreams.

  • Ensure tight cost control as well as the budget and forecasting process within the Production organization and close collaboration with Finance and Procurement.
  • Support and drive local and global alignment of related business processes with focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Continuously drive strategic cost efficiency projects including close alignment with various stakeholder groups.
  • Moderate between different department with different objectives to ensure compliance with key financial goals.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing and/or finance related role.
  • Excellent understanding of interdependencies of manufacturing decision and financial metrics.
  • Experience working with global organizations.
  • Highly selfmotivated and fully committed to drive towards our company goals.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Project management and change management knowledge.
  • Team lead experience and/or project lead experience is a plus.
