Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in month-end closing activities related to product costing, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  2. Support year-end activities, including budgeting, setting up inter-co pricing, activity rate, and standard costing, to ensure seamless financial operations.
  3. Collaborate with team members to simulate estimated product costs with productivity projects, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  4. Analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare monthly reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs, identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Prepare variances and scrap analysis on a monthly basis, providing insights to optimize production processes.
  6. Assist in auditing costs and preparing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  7. Support ad-hoc projects and reporting, providing data-driven insights to inform business strategies.
  8. Advise fixed assets management on capitalization, useful life, and ROI calculations, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
  2. At least 4 years of working experience in a related field, with a strong background in financial analysis and data interpretation.
  3. Experience with Oracle is highly desirable.
  4. Strong data analysis skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  5. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia in written and verbal formats.
