About Our Client:


Our client is a leading semiconductor manufacturer that caters to consumer and industrial markets with their widely popular range of products, present in many every-day items.

They are present around the world with manufacturing hubs across Asia and Europe.

You will be accountable for the manufacturing facilities worldwide, leading the technical and customer quality functions. You will be part of the entire production cycle from early ideation to process development to manufacturing & testing.

  • Manage a team of senior leaders and operators to advance functions such as Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality and Customer Quality, including subsequent product testing and analysis.
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal processes/product quality.
  • Identify and guide decisionmaking on current/new issues within product and processes.
  • Ensure facility operations meet or exceed international regulated standards and maintain accreditation status.
  • Be the main liaison with key account customers to ensure expectations are aligned and to maintain an effective partnership.

The Successful Applicant:

  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in technical roles with senior leadership tenures within Quality.
  • Prior experience in the Semiconductor industry or related industries (e.g. Electronics, Lighting, EMS).
  • Handson technical knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing process.
  • Prior large team management experience and crosslevel stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to operate in a fastpaced highpressure environment.
