As a Conference Producer, you will orchestrate the content and logistics for both digital and physical events in the healthcare sector, including annual and one-day events.


Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and confirm participation of top industry leaders and experts as speakers for our conferences.
  • Engage in discussions to finalize agreements with speakers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of conferences, adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Keep all promotional materials, such as marketing copy and brochures, current to enhance attendee numbers.
  • Investigate recent global trends and developments to brainstorm new and relevant conference themes.
  • Develop written content for conference promotional efforts.
  • Oversee and manage the actual running of the conference on the day of the event.
  • Possess 23 years of experience in Conference Production or similar relevant skills.
  • Capable of crafting engaging and profitable conference agendas that reflect industry insights.
  • Strong networking skills and proficient in information gathering.
  • Comfortable with regular communications, including phone and inperson meetings with Csuite executives.
  • Advanced in negotiation and capable of performing well under pressure.
  • Independent and disciplined, able to work autonomously or as part of a team to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent in both written and verbal communication.

RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
