Executive Assistant

You will be required to provide all day-to-day administrative support to these Executives and will need to be articulate, confident, and driven.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between the regional Senior Executives and staff, clients, etc.
- Diary management, scheduling meetings, gatekeeping, and ensuring the smooth running of the executives' offices.
- Endtoend travel arrangement: coordination with travel agency for airfare and visas, booking accommodation, preparing itinerary and portfolio and transfers.
- Coordinate work involving confidential company and peoplerelated information including performance appraisals, KPIs, etc.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings for the Executives and lead all logístical arrangements.
- Process claims and expenses, as well as timesheets, and handle operational tasks as assigned.
- Perform adhoc administration duties as required.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to regional senior leaders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Good analytical skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment independently and with a team.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Have experience working in a regional landscape and scheduled meetings across various time zones.
- Strong relationship management skills with good presence and ability to build partnerships with senior leadership.
