Who Are We Looking For?


We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team and support technical migration and automation projects for Mobiz.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze business processes of some of worlds the largest multinational companies, gather requirements, and drive the successful implementation of migration and automation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with EU and APAC clients of Mobiz to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges related to technical migration and automation projects.
  • Conduct indepth analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Gather and document detailed requirements, specifications, and user stories for migration and automation projects.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional and technical specifications, process flow diagrams, and test plans.
  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to elicit requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate the potential benefits, risks, and costs associated with migration and automation initiatives.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify areas where existing systems and processes fall short and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, validate functionality, and ensure successful implementation of migration and automation projects.
  • Provide postimplementation support, including user training, documentation, and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to technical migration and automation.
  • Track, perform detailed analyses and summaries of results, interpreting and communicating results and recommendations to brand/business stakeholders with limited availability.
  • Drives strategic and innovative approaches, giving a voice to the end user and/or customer.
  • Partner crossfunctionally to ensure plan test schedules or strategies are in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on technical migration and automation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience working with EU and APAC clients, understanding their specific requirements and regulatory environments.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and workflows.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of automation technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), is highly desirable.

  • Proficient in conducting feasibility studies and impact assessments for migration and automation projects. Familiarity with QA processes and the ability to define test scenarios and validate functionality.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and procedures.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
