Responsibilities:

Design Framework for Responsible Practice**: Lead the development of a framework for responsible AI practice within the organization, encompassing principles, guidelines and best practices for ethical, transparent and accountable AI solutions development and deployment

Project Oversight and Quality Assurance: Provide oversight and quality assurance on AI solutions and products throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to responsible AI principles and compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies

Mitigation Planning for Potential AI Incidents: Identify and assess potential risks and biases associated with AI solutions and develop mitigation plans to address them, including fairness-aware model training, bias detection and transparency measures.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, ethics, law or related field.
  • Strong understanding of ethical principles, regulatory requirements and societal implications of AI technologies, with knowledge of emerging standards and best practices in responsible AI.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines related to AI and machine learning.
  • Proven experience in a relevant role within the banking or financial services sector, such as compliance, risk management, or data governance.
