Accounts cum Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Assist in general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daytoday business operations activities.
  • Perform office based administrative duties
  • Answer incoming calls; taking messages and redirecting calls as and when required, maintaining payment records, office supplies, etc.
  • Prepare training materials
  • Conduct briefings for casual employment staffs
  • On the job guidance for new casual employment staffs
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Assist in preparing quotations, billing to clients
  • Perform any task assigned by management from time to time.
  • Organize office operations and processes, such as expenses reports, handling correspondence and supporting Account related tasks.
  • Assist manager with bookkeeping and other tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • 12 years experience in related field will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good personality, ability to multitask and result oriented.
  • Good organization and planning skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and decisionmaking.
  • Flexibility to attend to on ground support during regular business hours, as well as occasional evenings or weekends if necessary.
