Basic Function:

  • Provides administrative supports for financial staff members and office matters

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure completeness of supporting documentations for sales (AR) and payments (AP)
  • Ensuring accuracy of information in Sales invoices and SAP
  • Assist in preparing monthly stock sample count variance report
  • Assist to generate CTOS report for customer background check
  • Liaise with company's runner to arrange for documentations pickup and delivery
  • Matching of Invoice, DO and PO for local sales documentation filing purpose
  • Checking and knocking off payment for Sales Invoices
  • Filling official receipt and Sales Invoices
  • Assist in writing reminder letter for debt collection purpose
  • Assist in Bomba reconciliation
  • Monthly sending SOA to customers
  • Dispose all old invoices and offical receipt in boxes
  • Ensuring daily lock door for cafeteria room, check door & switch off lamp ground floor
  • Daily checking on letter & put to department tray
  • Ensuring receiving and checking on utilities bills
  • Assist in issuing BPP form for building maintenance matter & update progress with maintenance team
  • Monitoring canteen operations, agreement and cleanliness
  • Monitoring cleaner attendance,payment,incentive,daily cleaning work
  • Liaising with company up keeping vendors
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Assist finance division for filing
  • Assist in raising PR for admin purpose
  • Attend to any adhoc matters in Finance and Admin

Qualification:

  • Diploma (with relevant 1 year working experience) or Certificate in Accounting.
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience
  • Able to communicate effectively to all level of employees
  • Sharp and alert and careful with accounting figures
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Honest in handling cash
  • Pleasant, approachable, integrity, fast learner and willing to learn
  • Fit, healthy, acceptable level of mental alertness
  • Fast adaptation to work related changes
  • Multitasking (Can arrange/handle different's job scope in one time)

Salary:
RM1, RM2,100.00 per month
