  • Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage and work areas

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Trained in Western Cuisine
  • Well versed in kitchen sanitation and hygiene.
  • Solid knowledge of HACCP / ISO principles
  • Knowledge in Menu Planning and Food Costing is essential.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
