- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage and work areas
Job Requirements:

- Degree / Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Trained in Western Cuisine
- Well versed in kitchen sanitation and hygiene.
- Solid knowledge of HACCP / ISO principles
- Knowledge in Menu Planning and Food Costing is essential.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fastpaced environment
Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
