Job Description:

  • To monitor daily sales bank in status with all branch including all retail shop, FB shop & expo.
  • To generate all bank in information inside system
  • To dispatch, courier, receive and distribute weekly document between HQ and branches.
  • Run the requested sales report by monthly and complete it before the deadline

Report including:

  • Monthly sales performance report, consignment report, promotion bearing & claim report
  • Monthly bank in short / over report
  • To generate all the membership code inside system to make sure that correct code
allocated to correct branch.

  • To assist retail shop to complete the document transaction at system such as stock in
acknowledge, stock in, return note and stock conversion note.

  • Compound and filing the hardcopy document.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: SPM or equivalent or relevant working experience
  • At least one (1) year of relevant retailing working experience.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • Willing to learn, possess valid driving license and willing to travel
  • Independent, takes initiative and selfmotivated
  • Detailed oriented and good time management skills are required
  • Willing to participate in company activities / events
  • Able to work OT, weekends, public holidays, depending on business needs

Salary:
Up to RM2,500.00 per month
