Purchasing Assistant


Join us as a Purchasing Assistant where you'll be at the forefront of driving efficiency and excellence in our procurement operations.

As a key member of our team, you'll assist in sourcing quality materials, managing orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and document SST registration.
  • Generate and finalise purchase orders upon receipt of production orders.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of incoming items through diligent followup.
  • Source locally for hardware, wood, and plastic components.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in procurement operations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in speaking and reading Chinese is an added advantage for interactions with overseas suppliers

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
