・Follow up on contracts of sale, payment, and shipment with local and overseas counterparts.
・Maintain good relationships between local clients and overseas officers.
・Compile monthly data for steel products.
・Ensure smooth operation between shipping documents and payments.
・Assist in hotel and flight bookings for groups or individuals.
・Attend/welcome visitors
・Handle incoming phone calls
・Prepare internal forms (i.e. Entertainment Form, Business Trip Form, Internal Requisition Form, etc.)
・Assist in office stationery and supplies.
・Handle postage related to business documents.
・Perform ad-hoc general administrative tasks.
