Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing overall organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, fostering strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement measures to streamline workflows, optimize resources, and enhance productivity.

Functional Collaboration:
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between departments to drive alignment, foster teamwork, and achieve organizational goals.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Project Management: Lead and support special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management, administration, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of driving results and managing complex projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary:
RM5, RM6,500.00 per month
