  • To check and monitor the Petty Cash records for Operations such as Touch n' Go reload, minor repair and maintenance and fuel.
  • Authorize to release monthly payments such as rental, utilities, fuel, van deployment, car and van instalments, KWSP, SOCSO.
  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
  • To check Petty Cash for Operations.
  • To check staffs' Monthly Claims.
  • To keep track and make payment on monthly utilities expenses such as TNB, Indah Water and TM.
  • To check and keep track on usage of office car; fuel, Touch n' Go reload, and repairs.
  • Any other responsibilities as instructed by superior.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
