Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research into the industry, potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users.
  • Execute business development plans to drive growth of sales & market share.
  • Responsible for managing existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and portfolio expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through lead follow up, networking and building relationships with potential customers.
  • Work closely with the product teams to identify and manage opportunities for the respective products.
  • Understanding customer's current process and gathering requirements to conduct ProofofConcept (POC)
  • Sales forecasting, prospecting, qualification, presentation, demoing and selling.
  • Evaluate market trends and gather market intelligence (competitors' activity and price).

Requirements:

  • Experience in Information Technology industry is preferred.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams.
  • Have owner mindset, strong sense of urgency, and result oriented with strong work ethics.
  • Possess strong strategic, analytical and forecasting skills and excel in execution
  • Fluent in English and Malay, as well as in writing (any other language would be an added advantage.)
  • Must possess Passport, driver's license and owns a car.

Salary:
RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
