Assist in guest check in and check out procedure.

  • Greet and welcome guests and assist guess.
  • Attend incoming enquiry call or message enquiries cheerfully and efficiently.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all guests to ensure quality service thorough their stay.
  • Provide general administrative and operations support.
  • General administrative duties including keeping proper filing records, maintaining office supplies.
  • Responsible for customers' enquiry, ensure customer request, feedback & complaints are logged and resolved on time.
  • Maintain clean and organized workspace to enhance productivity.
  • To undertake any task or assignment as may be assigned to you by your immediate superior or management from timeto
- time.

Requirements:

  • Required Skill(s): Excellent communication & social skills, problem solver and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency to include Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Able to communicate, read & write
    Mandarin, English & Bahasa:
  • Must be able to work on shift duties(morning & day ), Weekend and Public Holidays. Entitled replacement if working on Public Holiday.
