  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:
HR handles employee relations issues, such as resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. They may act as a liaison between management and employees, fostering positive working relationships and a supportive work environment.

  • Employee Onboarding and Training:


HR ensures that new hires receive comprehensive onboarding and training to familiarize them with club policies, procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

They may develop training materials, conduct orientation sessions,and provide ongoing training to enhance employee skills and performance.

  • Performance Management:
HR develops and implements performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. This may involve conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.

  • Payroll and Compensation:
HR oversees payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages, salaries, and bonuses to employees. They may also manage compensation structures, salary reviews, and incentive programs to attract and retain talent.

  • Legal Compliance and Risk Management:
HR ensures compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards to mitigate legal risks and liabilities. They stay informed about relevant labor laws and proactively address any compliance issues that may arise.

  • Crisis Management:


HR plays a role in crisis management and contingency planning, particularly in handling emergencies, incidents, or public relations issues that may arise within the club environment.


Pay:
RM3, RM3,750.00 per month
