Job Descriptions
- Disciplinary documents and report preparations;
- Conduct disciplinary procedures briefing;
- Experience in handling Domestic Inquiry, Grievance and handling labour or IR cases;
- Ensure proper documentations is maintained to support internal and external audit checks;
- Any other duties assigned from time to time;
- Offering counseling service and creating awareness to all employees.
Job Requirements
- Diploma In Human Resources/Business Management or related field;
- At least one year or more experience in a similiar position;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to effectively listen and assist on resolving problems;
- Assess the misconduct and make recommendation of Disciplinary Action to Group Human Resources Manager;
- Full knowledge on Grievance Procedure and Grievance Handling;
- Sound knowledge of Labor Law, Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act is essential.
Job Related Skills
- Labour Relation;
- Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Powerpoint, Word & Excel;
- Able to multitask and organize workload independently;
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Assist in brainstorming and team work.
Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
