Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process Management
- Handle both permanent and temporary recruitment briefs
- Keep in touch with everyone who's placed through direct recruitment
- Make sure all roles are advertised internally and on external careers sites
- Liaise with line managers to make sure feedback is given on all CVs and interviews
- Manage the offer process, including providing uptodate salary and market information as well as comparing the data from other recent hires in that business area
- Undertake ad hoc project work from time to time
Line manager relationship management
- Provide credible and consultative advice and support to the client during the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain our agreed service levels
- Liaise with people at all levels within the client organisation so you can stay up to speed with business plans, recruitment strategies and organisational structures you'll also be the interface between client HR teams and line managers, our vendor managers, our management team and the wider Direct Recruitment function
- Provide regular market information drawing upon both internal and external sources
- Help with the creation of jobs specs, ensuring they follow all legislative requirements
- Following all internal and client policies and procedures, hitting our Service Level Agreement targets and looking for new ways to add value
- Provide feedback on business development opportunities
- Develop and deliver business plans as well as recruitment strategies and ideas
- Implement simple, effective, and trackable resourcing, record keeping and administration processes
- Produce regular and meaningful MI reporting for the client and our management teams
