Job Title:
Admin Community Coordinator (Outdoor)


Job Summary:


As a Community Coordinator (Outdoor), you will be the dynamic face of our property management team, responsible for creating positive experiences for both prospective tenants and current residents.


Your role will involve conducting outdoor room viewings, persuading prospects to book, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, patrolling the property to ensure security, serving as a friendly and approachable point of contact for tenants facing issues, and assisting in the handover of units to owners upon completion of renovations.


Key Responsibilities:

Outdoor Room Viewings
Conduct outdoor room viewings to showcase available units to prospective tenants. Highlight key features, amenities, and unique selling points to persuade prospects to book.

Check-in and Check-out Assistance
Assist with the check-in process for new tenants, providing necessary information and ensuring a smooth transition. Coordinate and support the check-out process, addressing any inquiries and conducting inspections.

Unit Handover to Owners
Assist in the handover of units to owners upon completion of renovations.

Ensure that owners are informed of the condition of the unit and address any questions or concerns they may have.


Patrolling and Security
Conduct regular patrols around the property to ensure security and address any safety concerns. Report any suspicious and rules-violating activities.

Tenant Relations:

Be the friendly and approachable face of the property, fostering positive tenant relations. Act as a point of contact for tenants facing issues or needing assistance.

Issue Resolution
Address tenant concerns and issues promptly, providing solutions or escalating matters to the appropriate department. Work collaboratively with maintenance and support teams to ensure quick problem resolution.

Communication
Effectively communicate property policies, procedures, and updates to tenants.
Notify tenants of scheduled maintenance, events, or any other relevant information.

Prospective Tenant Engagement
Engage with prospective tenants in a personable manner, answering questions and providing information to facilitate informed decision-making.

  • Documentation_Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, room viewings, issue resolutions, and unit handovers. Prepare and maintain relevant documentation related to checkins, checkouts, and unit handovers.

Qualifications:

SPM, diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, property management, or a related field is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to persuade and engage effectively with prospective tenants.

Problem-solving skills and ability to handle tenant issues diplomatically.

Basic knowledge of property management procedures.

Proactive approach to security and safety. Comfortable working outdoors and on-the-go.

Additional Requirement
To be able to work on Sat, Sun and Public Holiday. Off-day on Weekday

Salary:
RM2, RM2,700.00 per month
