Corporate Coordinator is involved in developing event campaigns to promote a product, service or idea.

It is a varied role that includes:
- planning;
- advertising;
- public relations;
- event organisation;
- product development;
- distribution;
- sponsorship;
- research.

The work is often challenging and fast-paced. Corporate Coordinator may also be known as Admin officers or coordinators.

Responsibilities
Corporate Coordinator contribute to and develop integrated event campaigns

Tasks can involve:
- liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations;
- communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
- sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press, on the radio or on digital media;
- managing the production of event materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and video-clips;
- writing and proofreading copy;
- liaising with designers and printers;
- arranging the effective distribution of event materials;
- maintaining and updating customer & reseller databases;
- organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
- sourcing and securing sponsorship;
- conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
- contributing to, and developing, event plans and strategies;
- managing budgets;
- evaluating event campaigns;
- monitoring competitor activity;
- supporting the product team and other colleagues

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:

- event coordinator: 2 years (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)
  • Bahasa (preferred)
Expected Start Date: 08/01/2024
