Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Planning Manager to join our team at TIME's group. As a key member of our project development team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing product(s) in compliance with design intent and brief.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Development: Work with the project team, sales & marketing team, corporate communication, consultants, and stakeholders to plan and strategize project development throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Design Conceptualization: Verify project plans, specifications, detailed drawings, and building finishes & materials adhere to the overall design concept, overall budget, and industry best practices.
  • Project Coordination: Navigate the approval process, tendering procedures, and create the project roadmap (work program, project plan, and construction timeline) and project completion process.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with relevant stakeholders such as authorities, consultants, and suppliers on project matters.
  • Technical Oversight: Oversee all technical matters in the course of construction of the project to ensure successful completion within the budget and cost control measures.
Requirements
  • Education: Candidate must possess at least a minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture; a Master in Architecture (Part 2) is preferable.
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of 5 years experience working with Consultant (Planner and/or Architect) and 3 years experience working with Property Developer.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia, and willing to travel to sites.
