  • Prepare reports and presentations on facilities and asset management for senior management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role with a focus on facilities or asset management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Proactive in identifying problems and initiating appropriate solutions.
