DESIGNATION :
Manager, People & Development

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with Group HR in adapting and executing the HR strategy locally and (where assigned) regionally.
  • Partner the business and support their people needs and objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes and strategies.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal audits
  • Coordinate and manage all recruitment and selection activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Assist to conduct on preboarding and onboarding programme to newly hired employees.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Serve as HR system admin and perform monthly payroll runs
  • Ensure performance appraisals are carried out for every employee as per the Company policy and follow up on development needs if necessary.
  • Any other ad hoc task as assigned by your reporting officer.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Human Resources and/or Business Administration.
years of experience as an HR Generalist.

  • Good knowledge of the Local Employment Act.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to adapt in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
