Responsibilities:

  • This is a role with our latest product: ShopBack Pay a new initiative that helps customer earns Cashback in the offline/online world.
  • Involve in the development and execution of the company's strategy for acquiring merchant partners for ShopBack Pay
  • To establish and execute the company's plan in acquiring merchant partners
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and identify potential clients within our target categories
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers, gaining insights into their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of ShopBack Pay initiatives
  • Provide ongoing support to merchant partners, understanding their expectations and optimizing their experience with ShopBack Pay
  • Manage relationships with channel partners to enhance the reach and effectiveness of our business development efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of Business Development / Account management experience, preferably within the technology or ecommerce sector
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with good analytical capabilities.
  • A selfstarter and motivated individual with a can'tisnotanoption attitude.
  • A problemsolver who is not discouraged by failure or mistakes
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Driven to be part of the process of building a successful business in a startup environment.
