We are looking to recruit an individual to provide overall management of our children centre and continue to develop a programme of activities that meets the demand and needs of young people in the centre while creating greater networks and partnerships with community organisations and services.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the operation, administration, programmes, staffs, and maintenance of Pusat Aktiviti Kanak-Kanak.
  • To oversee Human Resources, Finance, Programmes and any issues involving the centre.
  • To oversee the security and to ensure the youths are in safe and healthy environment.
  • Will assist the Fundraising Community Development and public relation efforts.
  • Represent YCK in other related meetings, seminar, lectures, and presentation ensuring YCK plays its full role as an active social development organization.
  • Compiling and preparing regular activity, progress and reports for management.
  • Setting up, maintaining as well as evaluating and monitoring current systems pertaining to volunteers, admin and programs.
  • Involved in participating in fund raising, media and advocacy pertaining to the center.
  • Evaluate the quality of service provided to the children and community.
  • Outsourcing and networking with other organisations to provide better opportunities and services for the children.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Master in Business Administration / Management /Social work/Psychology/ Humanitarian/Education/Social Administration or other related field.
  • Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
  • Must have at least two years management experience or similar work experience or NGO related experience.
  • Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must positively and work cooperatively with the youths/kids and other employees at all levels.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.

Salary:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
