Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and achieving SPFM's Business Plan and strategic sourcing
- Obtain Competitive Bid and Award Tender On Time, minimize Value of Variation Order (VO) / Extension of Time, ensure the completion of Final Account
- Control project cost and ensure overall budget of the projects is maintained from inception to completion
- Evaluate contractor's bid and advise on competitiveness of price; monitor the cost of major cost elements
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of final account
- Lead a team of consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time, cost, and quality, environmental, safety, and health compliance
- Drive execution and compliance to contract documentation and administration system
Qualifications:
Degree in Quality Surveying & Building Technology
Experience:
Minimum 7 years working experience in the related field is required. Experience in a consultancy firm or property developer is an added advantage
Other Qualities:
- Able to work under pressure and deliver assignments within the committed deadline
- Possess good leadership skills to lead and manage a team of consultants for desired results
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese/Chinese dialect(s) will be an added advantage
