  • Arrange time to invite contractors/vendors/services provider to have a site visit
  • Received quotations and proposal from the contractors/vendors/services provider/supplier and prepared comparison based on the quotations that received from them
  • Prepare comparisons of the quotations and present the recommendations to the clients
  • Submit the comparison to the client to get their approval (Need to attend meetings with the client to get the approval from the client)
  • Prepared PO (Purchase Order) / LOA (Letter of award) to the appointed contractors/vendors/services provider/supplier
  • Prepared tender document for big project works.

Responsibilities

  • Need to go to site to understand the issue of the project
  • Responsible to prepare specification for the project
  • Responsible to source, negotiate and liaise with vendors on pricing, work scopes and credit terms.
  • Filling PO (Purchase order)
  • Update the procurement tracker for your incharge project
  • Any adhoc work task as assigned by the Management

Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying (Fresh Graduated are encourage)
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess own transport and able to travel
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail oriented person
