The HR Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement strategies as well activities, managing employee welfare programs, and providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.

This person will work closely with employees, managers, and various departments to create a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.


1.

Employee Engagement:

Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive work culture and increase employee satisfaction. Plan and coordinate employee events, activities, and team-building exercises to promote employee interaction, morale, and motivation.

Conduct surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather feedback and suggestions from employees, and utilize the insights to enhance engagement initiatives.

Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement recognition and reward programs to acknowledge and appreciate employee contributions.

Employee Welfare:

Manage employee welfare programs to support employee well-being, work-life balance, and overall quality of life. Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance, medical & hospitalization benefits, leave management, and other employee assistance programs. Checking, verification and processing of medical welfare related payments. Coordinate and manage end to end partner benefit collaborations.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to employee welfare, and make recommendations for program enhancements and improvements.

Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to welfare benefits, policies, and procedures. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, exit interviews, and related documentation. Manage end-to-end of procurement, inventory management and distribution of stationaries, uniforms, pantry items and other employee related elements.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and maintaining confidentiality.

Supporting with the development and implementation of Human Resource policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guidelines to ensure compliance and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives, including employee surveys, appraisals, wellness programs, and training sessions. Administration of Time & Attendance System as the Leave Administrator. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual headcount report to HQ for tracking of employee turnover, absenteeism, diversity etc. Supporting with the overall management of training requirements and HRDF processing. Internship management

Communication and Employee Relations:

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep employees informed about company policies, initiatives, and updates.

Act as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating open communication and addressing employee concerns or grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.

Collaborate with HR team members and organizational leaders to develop effective employee communication channels and platforms.

Pay:
RM1, RM3,500.00 per month
