Job Title:
Business Development Manager (Negotiation Skill)


Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiation and Deal-Making:

  • Lead highstakes negotiations with clients and dealerships.
  • Adapt strategies in realtime to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain strong control and direction of negotiation processes.

Client Analysis and Relationship Management:

  • Conduct indepth and precise analyses of client requirements and market conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement negotiation strategies that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and support during negotiations.
  • Evaluating and Enhancing Negotiation Strategies
  • Continuously evaluate and refine negotiation processes and approaches to drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 57 years of experience in business negotiation roles within multinational companies (outside Southeast Asia) or the U.S. market.
  • Proven track record of successful negotiations and deal closures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed client analyses.
  • Exceptional adaptability and situational control in negotiations.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus but not essential.

Additional Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex business negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM4, RM10,000.00 per month
