Provide comprehensive personal assistant, administrative and secretarial support to Director

  • Maintaining Director's agenda and assisting in planning appointments, meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Compose and prepare correspondence and presentations, compile documents for meetings.
  • Maintain Director's office systems, including data management to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Schedule and coordinate director's traveling arrangement including outstation and overseas traveling.
  • Booking of air flights, accommodation for the scheduled traveling itinerary.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in matters related to the director and Company at all times.
  • Manage Director's personal affairs.
  • To undertake the special assignment, adhoc functions, and related duties.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Degree in the relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of related working experience as a Secretarial, Senior Executive, or Personal Assistant to Directors.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently, multitasking, and long hours with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Able to travel including outstation and overseas for work purposes when necessary.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills

Salary:
RM3, RM8,000.00 per month
