- 制定人力資源手冊、指導方針和政策,專業、通力合作、和諧、紀律、高效、稱職、認真、誠實、可靠地履行人力資源部的職能,並提供指導和指導為員工的進步和卓越提供培訓,同時確保所有人事事務嚴格保密。
- 確保 Menta Construction Sdn Bhd (MCSB) 和相關公司的工作卡、工資單和所有相關記錄,包括納稅、員工公積金和法定保險以及所有定期法定報告均已完成並妥善歸檔。
- 確定並實施所有影響人力資源的法律和政府要求。

**培訓和技能發展**
- 規劃和開展新員工入職培訓,以培養積極態度,透過提供與組織和職能需求相關的培訓課程,確保員工工作技能的發展和提高。
- 確保所有人員接受公司政策、程序和實踐的基本指導,以確保他們熟悉公司的運營,並接受與公司品質管理系統相關的培訓計劃。
- 確定員工培訓需求,提出年度培訓計畫和預算,並進行培訓後評估,確保實現有效的知識轉移。
- 確保所有相關工作人員持有有效綠卡,並及時為需要綠卡的人員組織必要的培訓。

**招募與選拔**
- 建立適當的人員招聘制度,包括審查公司的需求、發布廣告、安排面試、測試和選擇合適的候選人並向成功的候選人發出任命書,然後維護每位員工的最新數據。
- 處理與外籍勞工有關的所有事務,包括發放 I 卡,同時遵守所有法律法規和要求。這包括護照的安全保管。

**薪資福利**
- 保留所有員工的適當休假(年假、醫療假、緊急假和未記錄的)記錄,包括產生的醫療費用。
- 確保所有員工按照公司慣例購買保險。
