Are you a bilingual professional fluent in Mandarin and English, seeking a dynamic role in an international setting? We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant & Translator to join our executive team in Batumi, Georgia.

This position is ideal for someone who excels in translation, coordination, communication, and administrative tasks.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Highly Competitive Salary: RM8000 per month.
Relocation to the beautiful city of Batumi, Georgia.

  • Comfortable shared 2bedroom accommodations.
  • Enjoy 3 complimentary meals daily.
  • Work schedule: 12 hours per day, with 3 days off each month.
  • 15 days paid leave every 6 months (RM3300 compensation if leave not taken).
  • 1year contract with air ticket and first month's salary reimbursed with the first payroll.

Responsibilities:

1.

Translation:


  • Accurately and efficiently translate documents and communications between Chinese and English.
  • Ensure precision in translations, covering marketing materials, legal contracts, technical manuals, and more.
  • Proofread all translations for accuracy and context.

Internal Coordination and Operations Support:


  • Facilitate collaboration across departments through clear communication and coordination of meetings.
  • Take detailed bilingual minutes during internal meetings.
  • Assist in preparing executive reports and presentations.
  • Liaise with the leadership team, managing requests and queries.
  • Provide support through advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

External Communication:


  • Greet visitors and clients professionally.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client and partner communications.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Represent the company with polished language skills.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a related role.
  • Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, functions, data analysis).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Proactive, able to manage priorities independently.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, at a native level.
  • MUET Band 5, IELTS score of 7.5, TOEFL score of 102 or higher.
  • University degree or equivalent experience in an executive administrative or assistant role.
  • Strong intercultural communication skills and professional demeanor.
