vivo Malaysia is hiring Business Development


As a Business Development with a focus on managing and retaining distributors, you will play a crucial role in expanding and maintaining our distribution network.

You will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships with distributors, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our distribution partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong, longterm relationships with distributors through regular communication, meetings, and support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance distributor retention rates, including providing exceptional customer service, offering incentives, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for distributors, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with distributors to develop sales plans, set targets, and provide training and resources to help them achieve their goals.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for expanding distribution channels and optimizing sales strategies.
  • Track and analyze distributor performance metrics, such as sales volume, market share, and customer feedback, to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors, ensuring terms are favorable to both parties and aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand distribution networks into new territories or market segments, working closely with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Ensure that distributors comply with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, and address any compliance issues promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on distributor performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed, onjob training will be provided.
  • Mandarin language required due to business nature.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented approach and a focus on driving business growth.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with distributors and attend industry events.
