Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage manpower planning; recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews.
  • Onboard new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive integration into the company.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and goalsetting.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Resolving employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay current with HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Administration:

  • Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
*Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in HR and administration roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with exceptional organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Positive attitude, teamoriented, and adaptable to change.

RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
