Aufgaben:
1) Month-End and Year-end closing activities and reporting tasks:
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of month/year end analysis
- Oversees HQ MIF reporting with SSC
- Assist in HQ MIF queries
- Ensuring month/year end closing are in accordance with MFRS/IFRS
- Handling SSC matters
2) Treasury and Bank related tasks:
- Managing liquidity and/or funding requirements
- Managing and supervise the team to ensure daily cash needs and surplus are properly handled
- Forecasting monthly cash requirements
- Treasury handling
- Handling the correspondences and requirements from internal HQ treasury matters
- Handling external bank matters
- Ensure Treasury Information System (TIS) are submitted timely
3) Internal Accounting Reports tasks:
- Coordinate overall accounting team's Power BI reporting
- Assists in programming further and enhancing Power BI Reports according to department needs and KPIs
- Ensures and review weekly and monthend reports are duly updated for management review
4) Accounting Governance tasks:
- Responsible for reviewing all accounting related HQ ERDs
- Responsible for reviewing all accounting related FC Processes
- Responsible to alert and fix gaps of any noncompliance to ERDs and FC Processes
5) Audit Handling tasks:
- Supporting audit queries for Statutory/Corporate/Adhoc audit
- Supporting preparation of audit schedules
6) Policies, procedures & processes tasks:
- Ensuring policies & procedures are adhered to in work execution
7) Projects tasks:
- Support ad hoc projects assigned from time to time
Qualifikationen:
**Education level / Training
Degree in Accountancy
Professional qualification in Accountancy and Finance
**Experience (type of)
At least 3- 5 years relevant work experience
Experience in SAP system will be an advantage
**Specific knowledge/ Skill
Strong accounting knowledge
Strong numerical and analytical ability
Possess strong compliance towards work
Possess strong drive for solutions to situations and problems
Independent and self-driven personality
Professional in approach to work environment
Able to conduct work and business discussions across departments in a professional manner
Able to assist to complete review and reporting submissions timely and in an organized and professional way
Good communications skills (verbal and written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are of an added advantage
Good and approachable inter-personal skills
