Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing export orders and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Managing documentation and compliance requirements for international shipments.
  • Communicating with customers and international partners to provide updates on order status and resolve any issues.

  • Maintaining accurate records of export transactions and preparing reports as needed.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing quotes and invoices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in export sales, international trade, or logistics is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with export documentation software.
  • Knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
