Job Title: Sales & Program Executive

Job Summary:

The Sales & Program Executive will be responsible for delivering new memberships and retaining existing members for EPS Sports Academy. This role will also involve managing and ensuring the delivery of all EPS sport programs in a location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Membership Sales: Execute sales campaigns to maximize new member enrollments and retention of current members.
  • Program Management: Manage and ensure the delivery of all EPS sport programs in the club.
  • Lead Generation: Prospect for qualified leads and create traffic through various channels.
  • Client Management: Close leads to deliver new members, track monthly payments, and follow up with clients to close out outstanding payments.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proven track record of generating sales and working with clients.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Recognized for being proactive, self-starting, and taking initiative.
  • Languages: English must be excellent; Mandarin & Bahasa an advantage.
