About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Professional to join our team at The Boeing Company. As a Global Support Center Program Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting regional strategy development and program execution for our Commercial Airplanes division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist, lead, and oversee multiple complex, large-scale projects simultaneously with minimal guidance.
  • Manage project teams, resources, associated tasks, and daily operations utilizing program and project management best practices; direct/delegate to ensure performance to plan.
  • Oversee and monitor progress from initiation through completion to ensure schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives are met; help to resolve issues and develop risk mitigation plans as needed.
  • Assist in developing strategies to address highly complex problems and key regional opportunities.
  • Assist and develop differentiated strategies, marketing communication strategies, and messages.
  • Recommend and implement strategies, strategic alliances, and partnerships to achieve business objectives.
  • Assist in the development and utilization of an in-depth understanding of customer business, culture, regulatory requirements, and country needs to capture new opportunities and recommend areas of alignment and integration.
  • Assist in developing and prioritizing business opportunities for appropriate level of internal investments.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and costs for strategic initiative programs and projects; hold other project leaders accountable to financial targets, budgets, and lead cost-reduction activities as needed.
  • Work across multiple business units (marketing & sales, customer support, strategy, engineering, product development, training departments, supply chain, Boeing Global Services, Boeing International, Boeing Engineering, Test & Technology) to capture opportunities, understand project requirements, gain commitments, optimize contributions, and achieve business objectives.
  • Help create, maintain, and advance stakeholder relationships to build trust and strong partnerships.
  • Able to develop and manage communication tools, metrics, and reports, including executive business strategy and initiative presentations, to support enhanced visibility and stakeholder awareness.
  • Lead formulation and recommendation of specific business objectives, strategies, and plans.
  • Provide support and advice on commercial campaign strategies as needed.
  • Responsible for driving collaboration, integration, and alignment within the subgroups working with the GSC and GSI.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Experience working across different business units and disciplines to drive collaboration and results.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Products (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), SharePoint, and Microsoft Project.
  • Proven experience in Project Leadership.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Concepts and Principles and Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
  • Candidate must be eligible to work in Indonesia, Malaysia, or Thailand.
  • Language fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree highly preferred.
  • Experience building enduring and effective relationships with C-suite, executives, senior management, and team leaders to achieve business goals (both internal and external to an organization).
  • Experience working with aviation-related government policies and/or regulatory agencies.
  • CAPM (Certified Associate of Project Management) or PMP Certification.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring teams is a plus.
  • Excellent computing skills (Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Excel (pivot tables, macros), Access, etc.).
  • Experience/knowledge of basic static webpage development (ASP, HTML, CSS, etc.).
  • Understanding of finance fundamentals (this is useful in understanding the expense report by basic accounting principles).
  • Knowledge of Database, client configuration, SQL, etc.
  • Knowledge of the airlines/aviation industry is a plus.
Relocation and Work Authorization
  • This position offers one-time domestic relocation assistance based on candidate eligibility.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, or Bangkok where the position is located.
  • Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not on Boeing US-based payroll.
