Job Summary

As a key member of the Zurich Australian Insurance Ltd. team, the Head of Marketing Program Management will be responsible for the operational management of distinct mid-size local or regional projects or mid-size projects of a program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take accountability for the successful implementation of projects, ensuring that overall project objectives are clearly defined and met.
  • Select and apply appropriate business processes to meet project objectives.
  • Develop and implement project management processes to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control projects in accordance with the company's frameworks and policies.
  • Develop detailed project plans at task level based on the agreed business case and ensure compliance with requirements to meet the needs and expectations of senior stakeholders.
  • Balance competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk to produce the specified product, service, or result.
  • Engage with other project managers to share best practices and learnings, and coach more junior project managers.
Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry or sector.

Preferred:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and oversee multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals towards achieving strategic objectives.
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
