Responsible for running and coordinating day-to-day administrative duties for the Company.

Including, but not limited to:

Office administration

  • Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Perform dataentry, documentation, printing and filling duties
  • Maintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents
  • Involve in payment requisition

Operational / Financial

  • Involve in day to day operation such as preparation of quotes, invoice, purchase order, delivery order and etc.
  • Price request from vendor
  • Assist in project reporting

Human Resource

  • Maintain vibrant office environment
  • Payroll calculation and preparation
  • Track and update staff attendance

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

  • Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
Financial Accounting: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)
  • Bahasa Melayu (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • B2 and/or D (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Ipoh (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Ipoh: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (preferred)
