1) To print out daily online orders (Shopee/Garden of EDEN website/ other 3rd party online platforms), pick, pack and arrange courier pick-up)

2) To answer customer queries on Shopee/Lazada/Website platform concerning product info/ product prices / order status.

3) To contact courier company to check on status update of parcel if any delay / any issue

4) To do blending, mixing, and packing of beauty / spa orders (ie. massage oils, essential oils) to be shipped to customers

5) To fill our conversion form after doing blending, mixing and packing of beauty/spa orders accordingly

6) To monitor and update stock level in Shopee / Lazada platform

7) To schedule Shocking Sale on Shopee to clear short expiry stocks, as and when needed.

8) Handling all courier receiving

9) Handling all outgoing courier for direct sales and others despatches

10) Liaise with office cleaner

11) Liaise with Zenith Management office for maintenance issue / to lodge complaint

12) In charge of parking access card matter and collect receipt from parking office

13) In charge of office grocery & stationery

14) in charge office maintenance matter (photocopier, coway, plumber, cctv, door access etc)

15) moving stock to store room when receiving

16) assisting in month end stock take (GOE / GOE Medical / Beauty)

17) arrange raw material send to factory for production

18) others administrative work when required

20) To do packaging work on products (shrinkwrap/re-work/sorting) as and when required

21) To answer phone calls

Job Type:
Permanent

Salary:
Up to RM2,000.00 per month
