Job scope

  • Supervise the attractions in Adventureplay and Waterplay that assigned by the Attractions Manager
  • Ensure that SOP and other safety guidelines are adhered to
  • Provide excellence customer service to our customers
  • Ensure that ride attendants and lifeguards undergo SOP and safety trainings that required for their respective attractions
  • Ensure that hygiene and grooming standards for ride attendants and lifeguards are maintained at a level
  • Liaise and work closely with other attractions supervisor and other department regarding status of rides, maintenance requirements and safety measures and plan and execute the park's opening and closing.
  • Properly maintain and create records and documentations for attractions department
  • Constantly look for ways to improve effectively and efficiency of department by suggesting improvements wherever needed.
  • Carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensure that the park service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of proven supervision experience
  • Experienced in leisure / travel / tourism / hotel industry
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Communication skills
  • Reporting skills
  • Excellent customer service skill

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
