'Kim Kok Enterprise adalah sebuah institusi dan syarikat kewangan yang berdedikasi untuk menawarkan perundingan dan penyelesaian kewangan terkemuka untuk individu di Pahang. i) Pengurusan Pelanggan
- Membangunkan strategi untuk memperolehi pelanggan baharu secara agresif.
- Menguruskan portfolio pelanggan dan prospek melalui janji temu, menawarkan perkhidmatan pelanggan terbaik.
- Memupuk hubungan yang kukuh dengan pelanggan untuk memaksimumkan potensi akaun, mengurangkan kes kadar lalai dan meminimumkan pengaruh pesaing.
- Tukar petunjuk yang layak kepada pelanggan yang berjaya dengan membuat bilangan pelantikan yang tinggi, meningkatkan akaun pelanggan sedia ada.
- Sediakan dan bentangkan kemas kini mingguan tentang saluran pemerolehan pelanggan, KPI dan pencapaian matlamat, di samping semakan peluang pertumbuhan dan rancangan perniagaan.
- Sentiasa mengemas kini dan menyelesaikan isu yang berkaitan dengan kepuasan pelanggan, cabaran dan akaun belum terima daripada pelanggan.
- Bekerjasama dengan pengurus/penyelia dan pasukan pentadbir anda untuk memastikan pendekatan bersatu, mengekalkan perkhidmatan berkualiti tinggi.
- Berkhidmat sebagai pusat hubungan utama untuk pelanggan, berhubung dengan jabatan berkaitan untuk menangani pertanyaan dan isu dengan berkesan.

II) Pengurusan Pelanggan Dalaman
- Menyokong Penyelia atau Pengurus Jualan (SM) dalam mencapai hasil dan objektif dalam industri, memacu pertumbuhan bahagian pasaran melalui kepimpinan saluran jualan yang berkesan.
- Memupuk budaya berprestasi tinggi dalam pasukan jualan.
- Memastikan ahli pasukan memenuhi atau melebihi KPI, menyediakan bimbingan dan pembangunan jika perlu.
- Menjalankan semakan prestasi jualan mingguan dan sesi bimbingan, melibatkan pihak berkepentingan yang berkaitan.
- Wujudkan hubungan yang teguh melalui tenaga jualan yang diselaraskan dengan baik. Membimbing dan menyokong pasukan jualan semasa panggilan jualan bersama, berkongsi amalan terbaik.
- Membantu dalam membangunkan strategi untuk pasukan jualan untuk mendapatkan perniagaan daripada pesaing.

III) Pengurusan Pihak Berkepentingan
- Melaksanakan dan menggalakkan penggunaan sistem CRM excel untuk meningkatkan ketelusan dan kecekapan prestasi jualan dalam pasukan.
- Bekerjasama dengan ketua fungsi tempatan untuk menangani cabaran harian dan rancangan taktikal, untuk menyokong pasukan jualan.
- Menganalisis strategi jualan pesaing dalam sektor pembiayaan mikro dan memberikan pandangan untuk keputusan strategik.

IV) Pelaporan Jualan
- Membangunkan wilayah yang teguh untuk memaksimumkan prestasi akaun dan pertumbuhan dalam sektor kewangan mikro, memfokuskan pada pengekalan pelanggan dan meminimumkan pengaruh pesaing.
- Terus meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang produk/perkhidmatan kewangan mikro dan cerapan komersial untuk membimbing pasukan jualan dengan berkesan.
- Memberi maklum balas dan cadangan untuk menambah baik operasi perniagaan kewangan mikro.
- Menganalisis dan memantau prestasi wilayah, mengenal pasti arah aliran dan mengambil tindakan yang sewajarnya.
- Membangunkan pelan jualan yang komprehensif untuk wilayah itu, memfokuskan pada prospek perniagaan baharu dan pertumbuhan dalam pangkalan pelanggan sedia ada.
- Mengekalkan dan mengemaskini maklumat pelanggan dan aktiviti perniagaan dalam sistem CRM dalam excel.

Pengalaman yang berkaitan
- 2 tahun pengalaman dalam mengetuai proses dan pasukan jualan, sebaik-baiknya dalam sektor kewangan mikro atau berkaitan jualan.
- Pengalaman dalam menguruskan pasukan lapangan dan telejualan dalam industri kewangan mikro.
