JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.
  • Handling, managing & preparing any documentation needed by client.
  • To ensure the project flow runs smoothly in terms of documentation, systems, & liaise with client management.
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
  • Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have at least diploma/degree in administration or in any related fields.
  • Able to work in a team or individual.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work in fast pace work environment.
  • Able to commute or relocate in
    Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang.
  • At least 1 year work experience in administration.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
