Handle end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.

  • Formulates training needs analysis and training plan to meet the needs of employee, organization or the industry. Conduct or facilitate required and recommended training activities.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Enhance and promote company brand through collaboration with external parties (universities, colleges etc.) for internship intakes.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HRrelated matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR management and recommend innovative approaches to enhance HR processes.
  • Any other adhoc assignment related to Human Resources entrusted by Human Resources Manager.

; Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum at least 5 years of related working experience.
  • Indepth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Experience in fullcycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection, as well as talent development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge in ISO, RBA or ESG related matters would be an added advantage.
