RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential leads through various channels, including online research and networking.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales HOD, including data entry, preparing sales materials, and maintaining customer databases.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to contribute valuable insights to the sales strategy.
  • Attend sales meetings to observe and learn about the sales process, customer interactions, and product/service presentations.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and presenting findings to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information.

QUALIFICATION

  • Preferred Diploma/Foundation in Business, Marketing or related fields.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Proactive and eager to take initiative. Willingness to learn and contribute to the sales team's success.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support team goals.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic analytical skills to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Eagerness to build professional networks and relationships within the industry.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong desire to pursue a career in sales.

Salary:
RM1, RM1,500.00 per month
