As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, You Will

Source Exceptional Talent: Utilize your expertise to identify, engage, and attract top-tier candidates through various channels.

Build Relationships: Cultivate meaningful connections with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Innovate Recruitment Strategies: Bring fresh ideas to the table, keeping our recruitment practices ahead of the curve.

Metrics-Driven Approach: Use data to refine and optimize recruitment strategies, ensuring efficiency and success.

Regional Impact: Contribute to our diverse and inclusive workforce, making a positive impact on a regional scale.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Lead or in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.

Familiarity with recruitment software.

In-house recruitment experience with HR qualifications will be preferred.
