Job Requirement:

  • Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer Science/ IT, Networking or equivalent.
  • Certification : Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIS
  • Preferable 35 years working experience in pre/post sales in ICT industry with network security working experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strong presentation skills and technical knowledge.
  • Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and cooperatively in a team.
  • Hardworking, initiative and selfmotivated with positive working attitude.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel (perform outstation works whenever needed).
  • Good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Attractive commission scheme will be provided.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible to provide technical solutions to new & existing customers on ICT networking & security solutions.
  • Responsible for actively driving and managing the presales process with partners and end users; to articulate the vendor's technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.
  • To provide technical assistance and guidance during the presales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements.
  • To attend meetings with prospects to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations & solution demonstrations internally and externally.
  • Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Create internal design configuration documentation including process diagrams with technical explanations.
  • Participation in preparing tender document/compliance table for tender request
  • To conduct site survey on customer's existing network setup to obtain sufficient information required.

Pay:
RM5, RM8,000.00 per month
